Challenge
I challege each of you to fast one or two meals per week. Of course you should consult your doctor if you have health concerns. Work through lunch 2 times this week. Make extra sales calls, do that 'thing' that you have been putting off or just go for a walk. Make sure you drink your water you need to stay hydrated!
